Notting Hill Carnival Costume Returns

Bél Dyés Mas Carnival costumes for Notting Hill Carnival or any other carnival are not eligible for return.

Bél Dyés Mas does not facilitate the changing of sections after registration has been completed.

If you have provided the correct sizing details and your costume does not fit, then we will assist in resizing your costume at no extra cost to you, the masquerader.

If you provide the incorrect sizing details when registering with Bél Dyés Mas,  Bél Dyés Mas will not be responsible for resizing or the replacement of items. For a fee, we will however, facilitate any alterations. The cost of any alterations will include any shipping etc and will be confirmed via email to the masquerader. We will not be able to facilitate any alterations or amendments to costumes that have been damaged after being collected and we will not be able to facilitate any costume alterations in the days before Notting Hill Carnival.

 

Other item Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or return. After this date, items are not eligible for a return or refund.

Proof of purchase must be provided in order for items to be eligible for return.

Do note that, other festival wear, accessories and other items purchased are eligible for a return or refund if they meet the criteria.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspection of the item. Inspection of the item will take place within 48 hours of it being received.

Deposits are non-refundable for carnival costumes.

There are no exceptions to this policy in regards to the refund of deposits for Notting Hill carnival costumes or for deposits made for other carnival costumes.

Deposits are not required for the purchase of other festival wear or the purchase of other items of stock. If a deposit is required prior to the commencement of work, you will be notified accordingly, or this will be made clear at the point of initial purchase.
